Is it normal for lower back pain in early pregnancy?
Im about 7 weeks and my lower back has been aching dull the whole day. Its not severe but it stays. just wanna know if this is common so early or should i be worried? anyone else felt this?
Mild ache is usually normal but I would say watch it. If it becomes severe or comes with bleeding or cramps, call your gynac right away. Mine wanted to know about any pain that wasnt mild.
Yes I felt dull lower back pain quite early and it surprised me. I felt it was just my body adjusting and it was. Warm compress and gentle stretching helped me a lot.
I have this nagging lower back ache and I keep wondering if its normal. Did others feel it this early too? It comes and goes but makes me a bit anxious.
Mild back pain is common, hormones loosen the ligaments. Once my doctor cleared me I did gentle prenatal stretches and walking, which really eased it. But get sharp or severe pain checked, dont push through that.
