Is it normal to bleed after ectopic pregnancy surgery?

Had my surgery about a week back and there's still some bleeding on and off. Nobody told me clearly what to expect so im thoda confused. Is this part of healing ya should I call my gynac asap? Anyone who went through this pls share.
