Is it normal to feel sleepy during early pregnancy?
7 weeks here and i swear i could sleep the whole day. matlab im so tired even after full night sleep, feeling thoda guilty also. is this normal in early days? pls tell me im not the only one.
Yes, feeling sleepy is totally normal in early pregnancy. Your body needs extra energy to grow the baby, so rest is super important. Don't push yourself too much; it's better for your health and avoids potential complications later which can be costly. Just listen to your body and prioritize sleep.
OMG yes, super normal! I remember just wanting to sleep all day, but then waking up super hungry for some yummy food, haha. Your body is doing so much work growing a little human, so it needs all the rest it can get. Enjoy the naps, you deserve them!
Umm, I've heard many women feel very sleepy in early pregnancy actually. It sounds quite normal because your body is going through so many changes, like hormone shifts. It must be tiring, I imagine. Hope you can rest properly.
Oh my god, yes! I was a zombie in my first trimester. I literally used to fall asleep anywhere, like during meetings! I was so worried if it was normal, but my doc said it's totally because of all the hormonal changes. So don't worry, it's very common and it usually gets better after the first trimester.
In my personal experience, I was EXTREMELY sleepy in my first trimester. Like, I could nap anywhere, anytime and felt completely drained. It was one of my most prominent early symptoms. So, yes, for me it was definitely normal.
Ho na, it's very normal to feel sleepy! Your body is working overtime making a baby, so naturally you feel drained because of all the hormonal changes. Don't fight it too much, take naps whenever you can. Listen to your body, that's what my Aai used to say.
