Is it normal to have bad headaches during pregnancy?
I've been experiencing some really bad headaches lately, and it's making me quite uncomfortable. Is it normal to have strong headaches during pregnancy, or should I be worried about them?

Actually, hormonal fluctuations and caffeine withdrawal can trigger bad headaches. However, if the headache is persistent or accompanied by blurry vision, it’s a red flag for high BP—please contact your doctor immediately.
