Beta, sometimes it's just due to lack of sleep or gas. Try putting a wet, cool cloth on your forehead and resting in a dark room instead of using screens.
I just delivered recently and had terrible headaches in my second trimester. Drinking fresh coconut water daily and taking small naps really helped me.
They are common, but please check your blood pressure because severe headaches can sometimes be a sign of high BP. I used to worry so much, so definitely tell your doctor.
