Is it normal to have headache while trying to conceive?
We have been trying for 3 months now and ive noticed headaches around my ovulation time. Cant tell if its hormones or just me overthinking the whole thing. anyone else get this while ttc?
Headaches can come from hormones, stress, poor sleep or skipping meals, all common when you are anxious about conceiving. Sort out water, sleep and food first. If they keep recurring badly, see a doctor to rule things out.
