Is it normal to have period cramps in early pregnancy?
I'm in my early pregnancy and experiencing some mild cramps that feel a lot like period pain. Is it normal to have these kinds of period cramps during the early stages of pregnancy?
Mild, dull cramping is quite common as the uterus grows and implants. However, if the cramps become very severe, or if you notice any bleeding or spotting, please contact your doctor immediately.
Oh my god, same here! I had cramps in my 5th week and got so scared. It felt exactly like my period was about to start, did anyone else feel this in their first month too?
I've been reading up on this because we are trying, and apparently mild cramping is totally normal as the uterus starts stretching. Did you also have any light spotting, or is it just the cramps?
Totally normal! 💕 It's just your little one making space to grow in there. As long as it's mild and there's no heavy bleeding, you are absolutely fine. 🌸
