Is it normal to have yellow discharge during early pregnancy?

Im in 7th week and noticed the discharge is slightly yellowish today. No itching or burning but it got me a little tensed. Is yellow normal or should i mention it to my gynac?

A slight pale yellow without smell or itching can be okay, but a strong yellow with odour or itching should be checked. I would not ignore it. Please mention it to your gynac, infections need quick attention in pregnancy.

My doctor explained that white or clear discharge is normal, but yellow or green with smell can mean an infection. So colour and smell matter a lot. If yours is yellow and bothering you, get it checked rather than guessing.

I felt nervous when I noticed a yellowish tinge early on. I felt relieved after my doctor checked and gave me something for a mild infection. Better to ask than to keep worrying like I did.
