Idk if this is tmi but my bathroom routine has gone a bit weird since i found out im pregnant, going more often than usual. im in week 6. is this a normal early thing or just me?
I was confused about this too early on, my bathroom routine went all over the place. Did anyone else feel like their stomach was just unpredictable? My doc said its the hormones and totally normal, felt better hearing that.
Yes changes in bowel movements are completely normal early on. Hormones slow or speed up digestion. Drink lots of water and eat fibre, that keeps things regular. If theres blood or severe pain though, tell your doctor.
Haha yes its very normal, your gut goes a bit crazy in early pregnancy. Some get loose motions, some get constipated, the hormones cant decide. Totally part of the package, dont overthink it.
Haan yaar totally normal, actually my whole digestion changed in the first few weeks. Some days loose, some days nothing. Just keep your water intake up and it sorts itself out mostly.
