Had a bad headache since morning and im in my 2nd trimester. I dont want to take anything without being sure, planning to call my gynac. But just wanted to hear what others did for headaches.
Please dont take any medicine on your own even paracetamol. My doctor told me the dose and how often, because too much is not good. A quick call to your gynac before taking it is the safest thing.
Paracetamol is generally considered the safer painkiller in pregnancy and most doctors allow it for fever or headache, but only in the right dose. I always called my gynac first before taking it both times. Dont self decide the dose.
