Craving pizza so badly lately, like all the time. But then i feel guilty wondering if all that cheese and maida is bad for the baby. Do u all have it occasionally or completely avoid? just want to know whats okay.
Pizza is fine once in a while, just make sure the cheese is properly cooked and from a clean place. I avoided too much processed meat toppings and went for veg ones. Moderation is the key na, dont make it a daily thing.
Honestly pizza cravings hit me so hard in my second trimester haha. I ordered from a good clean place and chose veggie toppings with well cooked cheese. Enjoyed every bite, no guilt.
I had to watch my sugar so I limited pizza a lot, that maida base and cheese can spike things. When I did have it, just one or two slices with a salad. If you have any sugar concern, check portions with your doctor.
