Is it ok to have white discharge during pregnancy?
Im around 10 weeks and noticing more white discharge than usual, no smell or itching though. Its making me a little anxious cause i dont remember reading about this. Is it normal or should i mention it to my gynac?
Haan its very normal, white milky discharge increases in pregnancy. As long as its odourless and not itchy, no tension. If it turns green, smelly, or with itching or blood, then show your gynac.
Oh thank god someone asked this, I have it too and got scared. Mine is white and no smell. Is that what you all had also? It just increased so suddenly for me.
Haan ye normal hota hai na, har pregnant woman ko hota hai almost. Bas saaf safai rakho aur cotton panties pehno. Agar khujli ya bad smell ho tabhi doctor ko dikhana.
My doctor explained this is called leukorrhea and its totally normal due to extra blood flow and hormones. She said only worry if its yellow/green, foul smell, itching or burning. Wear cotton and keep that area dry.
White discharge is usually fine, but I will say this gently, if you ever see watery leaking, blood, or it smells bad, dont wait, call your gynac. In my pregnancy a sudden change meant something, so better safe.
