My breasts have become so sore and heavy that wearing a bra all day feels uncomfortable, specially at home. Is it fine to just go without one or does it cause problems later? curious what others did.
Haan totally fine yaar. Actually I switched to those soft cotton maternity bras coz the wired ones felt tight. But at home freedom hi best hai, no need to force it.
Of course it's okay beta. Your body is changing, just go with what feels good. If you feel some support helps with the weight then use a soft one, otherwise dont bother.

It's fine to skip it. But your breasts get heavier and tender as months go, so a soft non-wired bra can feel supportive, especially when you sleep some find it comfy. Comfort first, no hard rule.
