i go to gym 4 days a week and do some weights too. we just started trying and im wondering if i should slow down or its actually fine to continue. dont want to mess up our chances. what did u all do?
Haha, honestly, I spent most of my 'trying to conceive' phase either stressing or just enjoying good food! But yes, gentle exercise is generally a good idea. Like, light walks or some easy yoga. No need to become a gym fanatic, but staying active helps. More energy for making babies and then eating for two, right? 😉 But seriously, nothing too crazy without your doc's okay.
Working out is generally good for overall health and can even help with fertility, but it depends on the type and intensity. When I was trying to manage my health for pregnancy, my doctor emphasized balance. So, moderate exercise is usually okay, but high-impact or very strenuous workouts might be best avoided. Always check with your gynac about your specific routine, they know your body best.
This is a really important question, and it's best to be very, very careful. After my previous miscarriage, my doctor advised me to moderate everything. While light exercise is generally good, intense workouts might not be ideal when you're trying to conceive. Please have a detailed chat with your gynac, explain your routine, and follow their specific advice. It's better to be safe and gentle with your body during this time.
Umm, I'm also trying to conceive, and I've been wondering about this too. My friends said light exercise like walking is fine, even good for stress. But maybe not very intense workouts or anything that puts a lot of strain on your body? I think it's important to listen to your body and definitely ask the doctor for personalized advice.
Haan beti, thoda-bahut kasrat karna toh accha hi hai, shareer chust rehta hai. Jaise walk karna, ya ghar ka halka-phulka kaam. Bahut zyada zor waali cheezein mat karna, bas. Apne shareer ko thoda aaram bhi dena chahiye. Doc se bhi pooch lena, woh sabse accha batayenge. Bhagwan sab accha karenge.
