Actually, I used to crave spicy schezwan chutney and misal pav so much during my second trimester, yaar. Gynac said limited spice is totally fine, but beware of heartburn. Just don't overdo it otherwise stomach will get upset.
Spicy kha sakte ho but control me, otherwise acidity ki problems ho jayegi. If you feel burning after eating spicy, just drink cold milk or have some sweet dahi immediately. Simple ghar ka dahi is the best solution for this.
