I got a positive test last week and today saw a little spotting, got really scared. Im planning to call my gynac tomorrow morning. Just wanted to know if anyone else had bleeding this early, im so worried.
My gynac explained that early light spotting can be implantation bleeding, usually pinkish and brief. But heavy bleeding or with cramps is different and needs urgent attention. She told me to always report any bleeding so they can decide if a scan is needed.
