Is it possible to conceive a week before your period?
My cycles are a bit all over the place so im never fully sure about my ovulation. We were together about a week before my expected period. Can pregnancy even happen at that point? thoda tensed.
Its less likely a week before your period since ovulation usually happens earlier in the cycle, but it depends a lot on your cycle length. If you have irregular or short cycles, the timing can shift. Tracking ovulation is the only real way to know your fertile days.
My app showed my fertile window was around mid cycle, not the week before periods. But everyone's cycle is different so the dates move. Ovulation strips helped me pinpoint my actual fertile days.
With my PCOS my ovulation timing was all over the place, so I couldnt rely on the usual calendar at all. If your cycles are irregular, dont assume any week is safe. Better to track properly or chat with your gynac.
