Got my amh report and its on the lower side, im honestly a bit heartbroken. we've been trying for about 8 months now. did anyone here conceive naturally with low amh? need some hope yaar.
Haan it is possible, my AMH was very low and everyone scared me a lot. We did try naturally for a year then went the IVF route and now my son is 2. Low AMH means egg quantity is less, not that u cant conceive. Pls dont lose hope, talk to a good fertility doc about your numbers.
My doctor explained that AMH only shows ovarian reserve, it doesnt predict whether a single cycle will work. She told me women in late 20s and early 30s with low AMH still conceive, just maybe takes a bit longer. If u are trying for a while consider tracking ovulation and getting a fertility evaluation done together with your partner.
I dont want to give false hope but yes plenty of women with low AMH do conceive. Mine was on the lower side and my gynac said quality matters more than the number. Each case is different so a proper consult with your reports will tell u more.
Listen, low AMH is not a full stop. So many women panic seeing the report and forget the body can still surprise u. Just get guided by a fertility specialist and keep yourself calm, stress only makes it harder.
