Please dont lose hope, pcos makes it harder for some but not impossible at all. We needed a little medical help in our journey and it worked. Be gentle with yourself through it.
Yes it is absolutely possible, I have pcos and I conceived, though it took some time and patience. Everyone is different so I wont promise timelines. A good gynac and tracking ovulation really helped me.
