Is it possible to increase cervix length during pregnancy?
My recent report showed the length is a bit on the shorter side and im honestly worried. Im in my 5th month. Is there any way it can improve or atleast not reduce further? anyone been through this pls share.
My doctor explained you cant naturally increase the length, but they can help maintain the pregnancy with measures like progesterone support, a cerclage stitch or rest depending on the case. Its all doctor guided. Internet remedies wont help here.
This is something only your doctor should manage, please dont try anything on your own. Regular monitoring is the most important part. Follow her advice strictly.
I had a short cervix and honestly you cant really lengthen it, but doctors manage it. In my case they advised rest and there are options like a stitch or support the doctor decides. Please follow your gynac closely on this, its not a DIY thing.
