Im in my second trimester and feeling fine, but both me and hubby are unsure if its okay or safe right now. Bit awkward to ask the gynac directly honestly. what has your experience been, is it generally okay?
Yes for most normal pregnancies its fine, doctors usually say go ahead unless they advise otherwise. I had no issues with either. Just listen to your body and your doctor.
I felt shy to ask this too but my doctor was very normal about it. She said in a healthy pregnancy its okay. So no need to feel awkward, just clear it with yours.

For me doctor advised to avoid it for some weeks because of my situation, so I would say dont assume. If your pregnancy is uncomplicated its usually allowed, but get a clear yes from your gynac.
