I have my cousins engagement coming up and my greys are showing badly. Now in pregnancy im not sure if coloring is okay or i should just leave it. Did anyone here color their hair while pregnant?
Most doctors say after the first trimester its generally fine, and ammonia free ones are safer. But honestly I asked my gynac before doing it and she okayed it. Better to confirm with your own doctor than go by random advice.
I coloured my hair in second trimester yaar, no issues. Actually the salon lady used an ammonia free brand. Just keep the room airy so the smell doesnt make you nauseous.
In our time we just used henna na, it covers grey nicely and is natural. If you want colour maybe wait a few months. But do ask your doctor before chemical ones beta.
