I usually sip warm water through the day, it just feels good. But someone at home said thoda garam paani can be a problem in pregnancy and now im second guessing. Is this true ya not?
I can only share my own experience, but I drank warm water daily because regular water made me feel nauseous. It really helped soothe my throat and stomach. Just check with your own doctor if you feel unsure.
With twins inside me, my acidity was on another level! Warm water was my savior, but boiling hot water is a big no as it can raise body temperature. Keep it lukewarm and you'll be absolutely fine, don't overcomplicate it.
My dear, when you go through so much to get pregnant, even drinking water can feel scary. I drank lukewarm water to keep my digestion smooth, but made sure it wasn't too hot. Be gentle with yourself and take it easy.
Arey, don't stress too much! Warm water is actually great for digestion and relieving constipation. Just don't drink it scalding hot, normal lukewarm water is totally safe and good for you.
According to what my doctor told me, very hot water can raise your core body temperature which isn't safe for the baby. Lukewarm water is perfectly fine and actually helps detoxify. Just let it cool down a bit before drinking.
I used to drink lukewarm water throughout my pregnancy to help with digestion and it was totally fine. Looking back now that my kid is a toddler, I realize we worry about the smallest things! Just make sure it's not boiling hot.
