Im lactose intolerant so i mostly drink soya milk instead of regular. Now my MIL keeps saying soya is not good in pregnancy and im confused. Is it actually safe to continue? pls share if any of u had it.
Soya milk in moderate amounts is fine, I drank it sometimes when I wanted variety. Just dont go overboard with soya products daily. Balance it with regular milk and other proteins.
With PCOS I was a bit careful about too much soya because of hormones, so I kept it limited. A glass once in a while was fine for me. If you have any condition, just check with your doctor.
I had soya milk now and then and it was okay for me. My family said dont have too much soya, keep it balanced, na. My gynac also said moderation is the key, so I just kept it occasional.
