I go to office on my scooty daily and roads here are full of potholes. Im 3 months now, husband says stop but i feel fine. Did anyone continue riding, till which month?
Driving a two-wheeler is generally not recommended due to the risk of jerks and losing balance. Please consult your gynac first because only they know your medical history and if your pregnancy is high-risk. Safety of the baby comes first.
Yes, jerks on a bike can be risky. I completely stopped riding and instead stuck to gentle daily walking after my gynac gave me the green light. Talk to your doctor to see what is safe for you.
With my twins, my doctor strictly told me to avoid two-wheelers entirely because of Indian roads and sudden speed breakers! Honestly, it’s not worth the risk of falling or jerks. Better to take an auto or cab, or just stay home!
Oh please be very careful, I would feel so anxious even thinking about driving a bike! Indian roads have so many potholes, what if there is a sudden brake? I highly recommend checking with your doctor and avoiding it as much as possible for your peace of mind.
I felt so scared even sitting behind my husband on his scooter during the first trimester. Every little pothole made me feel nervous for my baby. I eventually decided to stop using the bike altogether for safety, and it really gave me peace of mind.
