Is it safe to eat banana at night during pregnancy?
I love eating banana before sleeping but my saas says raat ko banana nahi khate, esp in pregnancy. Im 3 months now. Is it actually a problem ya just a myth?
Absolutely, bananas are a wonderful fruit for pregnancy! I ate them quite often, even at night sometimes when I needed a quick snack. They're good for energy and help with digestion. It's all about listening to your body, and a healthy banana is a great choice.
I totally understand why you're asking this, we overthink every little thing we eat during pregnancy, right? Bananas are actually very safe and healthy for you and baby. They're a great source of energy and can even help if you're feeling a bit nauseous. Feel free to enjoy one!
Of course, beta, you can definitely eat bananas at night. They're packed with good stuff like potassium, which can even help with leg cramps that are common during pregnancy. Just try to eat it a little while before sleeping so it digests properly. Always listen to your body, okay?
Oh my god, I felt so hungry all the time when I was pregnant, especially at night! Bananas were my go-to snack. They felt so comforting and light, and my doc said they were perfectly fine. It really helped me not go to bed starving, honestly.
Ho na, bilkul safe hai. Bananas are actually quite good for you during pregnancy, full of potassium. I used to have one sometimes at night if I felt hungry, it helped with leg cramps too. Just make sure it's ripe and fresh, haan.
