Is it safe to eat cashew while trying to conceive?

We are in the trying phase and i love adding kaju to everything. Someone told me to be careful with nuts now which got me thinking. Is cashew ok during this time or should i limit it? just want to be on safe side.

Cashew, almonds, walnuts all are fine and good for u. Mix and rotate them, costs less than fancy supplements. Spend on a good check up instead.

Yes totally fine, cashew is just a nut with good fats. I had a small handful daily while trying. Just dont overdo it if u are watching weight.

Cashew is my weakness honestly, i kept a little jar near me. A few a day is perfectly okay. Just dont finish the whole packet in one go like i almost did.
