I like adding dry grapes to kheer and oats, but my sugar cravings are already high. I am not sure if they are okay daily in pregnancy. Do you eat them, and how much?
In our family soaked dry grapes are given to pregnant women for iron and energy, my mother insisted on it. They're safe and nice. Just keep the quantity small, and if u have sugar issues check with ur doc na.
Kishmish are a cheap healthy snack, much better than buying expensive supplements for energy. I kept a small jar and ate a few daily. Good value and good for you, just dont eat too many at once.
Yes kishmish are totally fine and actually good, full of iron and natural sweetness. I soaked a few overnight and ate them in the morning. Just dont overdo since they're sugary, a small handful is enough.
They're healthy but they are quite sugary, so with my GD I had to limit them a lot. If your sugar is fine then a few are good for iron. Just be mindful of the amount and ask ur dietician if you're watching sugar.
