I used to eat eggs daily before pregnancy, but now some relatives are saying avoid heat foods. I am 12 weeks and need protein because I dont like dal much these days. Did you continue eggs?
Yes safe, my mother in law made me egg every morning for strength. Just see that it's properly cooked. If you have any specific health condition, do confirm portion with your doctor, otherwise enjoy.
Yes totally safe and actually great for protein. Just make sure they are fully cooked, no runny yolk or half boiled. I ate boiled eggs almost daily in both pregnancies, no issue at all.
Eggs are honestly the cheapest good protein you can get during pregnancy. Boiled ones are easy and affordable. Just cook fully. Way more value than expensive supplements for everyday protein, in my opinion.
Eggs were my go to protein source during pregnancy, kept me full and energetic. Just always fully cooked, never runny. Pair it with a chapati or veggies for a balanced meal, works great.
My gynac actually recommended eggs for protein and choline which is good for baby's brain. Only condition she gave was cook them well, avoid raw or undercooked ones. So well cooked eggs are a yes.
