Is it safe to eat half boiled egg during pregnancy?
I love my eggs half boiled with the runny yolk but suddenly im second guessing it now that im pregnant. Im in second trimester. Should i only eat fully cooked ya half is fine?
I literally asked my gynac about this last year because I love runny eggs! She strictly said no and told me to only eat hard-cooked eggs. It's just a matter of a few months, so please don't take the risk.
