Pomegranate is usually very healthy, but since I had a tough pregnancy with some complications, I always checked everything with my doctor first. It's always safest to run it by your gynac to be 100% sure.
My MIL always encouraged me to eat anar daily because it increases blood. It's a great natural snack and kept my iron levels in check without any heavy supplements.

I know how scary it is to try any food when you are constantly anxious about keeping the baby safe. Pomegranate is very gentle and safe, but if you feel nervous at all, please call your gynac to put your mind at ease.
