First trimester cravings are all about khatta. I want imli, raw mango, lemon everything sour the whole day. My granny says too much khatta is not good in pregnancy but i cant resist. Is it actually a problem or just an old saying?
Totally safe in normal amounts. I craved sour stuff both times. Just keep it clean and hygienic, like properly washed fruits, and dont overdo with the very tangy spicy chaat.
Sour cravings are very normal beta, we all had them. Little nimbu, raw mango, curd all ok. Bas too much sour on empty stomach can cause acidity, so eat in limit.
Lol if sour food wasnt safe half of us pregnant ladies would be in trouble, the cravings are real. Imli, raw mango, all fine in normal amounts. Just dont go overboard or acidity will say hi.
Honestly sour things were the only thing that helped my nausea, lemon and aam papad saved me. Its safe in moderation. Only if u get bad acidity then cut down a bit.
Sour food is fine ma, my craving was for tamarind rasam the whole time. Family said its normal. If u have any tummy issue then check with doc, otherwise enjoy.
