My MIL made tindora sabzi today and I suddenly got worried before eating, dont know why. We eat it normally at home but pregnancy mein I get scared about everything. Anyone aware if its fine?
Veggies like tindora are generally safe and good for you. Just make sure it's washed and well cooked. If you have any specific food restrictions from your gynac then follow those, otherwise enjoy.
Beta tindora (kundru) is light on the stomach, my mother always gave it to pregnant ladies in our house. Make it simple sabzi, not too oily. Nothing to worry about.
I had it during pregnancy and was fine. It's actually a good veg, easy to digest. But if any veg ever gives u gas or discomfort just reduce, every body reacts thoda different.
