Im around 6 weeks and used to do light cardio before. Scared to even walk fast now in case it harms anything in first trimester. Anyone kept exercising early on? what did ur gynac say.
Light exercise like walking is great and i did it both times. Just dont start anything new and intense suddenly. If u have spotting or pain, stop and call ur doc.
With my PCOS background i was told gentle activity is good but to be careful early on. I stuck to walking and stretching only. I wouldnt promise the same is right for everyone, please ask ur own doctor.
I kept up gentle walks and prenatal yoga once my gynac gave the okay. She said no heavy lifting or intense stuff, just light movement. Definitely get the green signal from ur doctor first, specially in the first trimester.
