Is it safe to get hepatitis b vaccine during pregnancy?
My doc mentioned i might need the hep b vaccine and now im second guessing whether to take it while pregnant. Im in second trimester. Anyone got it during pregnancy, was it ok?
Just keep your faith and follow your doctor's guidance, dear. If the doctor has recommended it, then it is for you and the baby's safety only. God bless you both with good health.
My mother-in-law was a bit hesitant about vaccines during pregnancy, but our family doctor explained it is very safe. We trusted the doctor and went ahead with it. Do discuss with your obstetrician once.
Haan, usually safe hota hai na if doctor advises it. Meri pregnancy me vaccine lagwayi thi but do ask your gynac first. Har body and pregnancy case different hota hai.
Hey, don't stress too much about this. It is a non-live vaccine so it's generally safe, but definitely confirm with your doc first. They will tell you exactly which week is the best time to get it.
Hepatitis B is an inactivated vaccine, so medical guidelines generally consider it safe during pregnancy. However, you should never get any vaccine without your gynecologist's direct recommendation and prescription.
I had to get it because of some family history, and my baby was born completely healthy and is breastfeeding well now. It's safe, but your doctor must prescribe it. Take rest after the shot.
