Were in the second trimester now and everything has been normal so far. Theres just this fear at the back of our mind that it might cause some problem. Would really like to hear if it was safe for you all or if there are times to avoid it.
It's safe for most of us, don't stress too much about it. Just go with comfort and stop if anything feels off. Communication with your partner helps a lot honestly.
My gynac said for a normal low risk pregnancy it's safe right through, the baby is well protected. She told me to avoid it only if there's bleeding, placenta issues or a history of preterm labour. So mostly yes, but follow your own doctor's advice.
In my case I was told to avoid it due to a complication, so it really is individual. If you've had any spotting or been flagged high risk, please ask your gynac before. For others it's generally fine.
