Bit of a shy question but here goes. Im in 2nd trimester and everything is normal so far. Just thoda worried if it can affect the baby in any way. Anyone discussed this with their doc?
Oh my god, I used to panic about everything potentially harming the baby! But my doctor clearly said that as long as there are no complications like placenta previa or risk of early labor, it's perfectly fine. The baby is very well protected inside.
For me, with my PCOS history, I was always extra careful about everything. It's generally considered safe, but if you have any risk factors like spotting or certain pregnancy complications, please always consult your gynac first. Better safe than sorry.
I felt really shy to ask my doctor this, but I eventually did! And she said it's totally safe as long as your pregnancy is uncomplicated. It was a big relief to know it was okay.
Yaar, actually most docs say it's completely fine unless you have any specific complications. Like if there's bleeding or risk of preterm labor. Otherwise, enjoy! It's good for stress relief also.
Haan, normally it is safe only. Unless your doctor has specifically told you 'no' because of some medical reason like bleeding or something, there is no issue. Just be gentle, ho na.
This is actually a very important question I had in mind for when I get pregnant! Good to know the general consensus seems to be that it's safe. I'll definitely ask my doctor about it when the time comes.
Yes, absolutely! Unless your doctor has told you otherwise due to a specific medical reason, it's generally considered safe and can even be quite relaxing! Don't deny yourself that comfort and pleasure if you feel like it. 😉
