I had a low lying placenta so my doctor told us to avoid completely till it moved up. So it really depends on your pregnancy. If everything is normal usually no problem, but please confirm with your gynac, dont go by general talk.

Haha this question used to scare me too in my first pregnancy. The baby is super safe inside, sealed off properly, so relax. As long as your doc hasnt put you on bed rest you two are fine.
