I naturally sit cross legged on bed or floor, but now my aunt says dont sit like that. I am 22 weeks and it feels comfortable for short time. Did anyone continue sitting this way?
We sit cross legged all the time at home and i did through pregnancy too, its perfectly ok. My mom even said it helps open up the hips for delivery. Just get up slowly so u dont feel dizzy.
Sitting cross legged is great, its basically a gentle hip opener. I did it during prenatal yoga with my instructor. Just be careful standing up later in pregnancy, take support so u dont lose balance.
Ya its fine to sit cross legged, it doesnt harm baby at all. Lot of women find it comfy actually and its good for the hips. Just dont stay in one position too long coz ur legs can go numb, keep changing.
Haha dont stress, sitting cross legged wont hurt anything. I practically lived in that position. Only thing, in later months the belly makes it less comfy so u'll naturally adjust.
