Everyone keeps saying sleep on left side only but honestly i keep turning to my right in sleep, cant control it na. Im 7 months. is right side really bad or thoda ok? getting tension about it.
I had a C-section and finding a good sleeping position was so hard. During pregnancy, I mostly slept on my left but shifted to my right side whenever my hips ached. Just use pillows for support.
No need to buy those huge, expensive pregnancy pillows. Just tuck a regular soft pillow between your knees and sleep on either side. It works perfectly and is super comfortable.

Yaar, actually left side is ideal for blood circulation, but sleeping on the right is totally fine too. Just don't sleep flat on your back after the second trimester, that's the main thing.
