We have a small trip planned and theres a pool, i love swimming so much. But im only 8 weeks and thoda scared if it can harm anything. Has anyone swum this early? Will ask my gynac too but wanted to hear ur experiences.
Look, swimming is generally very safe and keeps you active, but early pregnancy can be delicate. Before jumping into the pool, just ask your doctor once if you have any complications like spotting. Better to be safe than sorry.
Actually yaar, swimming is so relaxing during early pregnancy, it really helps with the body aches. But just make sure the pool is super clean to avoid any vaginal infections, and definitely get a green light from your doc first.
Actually, swimming is great exercise, but when I asked, my MIL was totally against it because she worried about infections. I took my doctor's advice instead, who said it's safe if the pool is clean, but definitely check with your gynac first!
Swimming is a wonderful low-impact exercise, especially if you are managing your blood sugar levels. Just make sure you don't overexert yourself and keep a healthy snack handy for afterwards.
Oh, floating in water sounds like absolute heaven right now with this heavy belly! It's usually safe in early pregnancy, but do consult your doctor first to make sure there are no restrictions. Don't go doing heavy laps though!
