Is it safe to take cofsils during pregnancy?

I have a really bad sore throat since 2 days and someone at home suggested cofsils. Im 5 months along and im scared to take anything without asking. Planning to check with my doctor but wanted to hear if anyone took it.

Please dont take any lozenge or medicine on your own during pregnancy, even small ones. Just one call to your gynac and they will tell you what is safe, better not to guess.

I wouldnt take it without checking. Some ingredients are fine and some arent during pregnancy, so a quick message to your gynac is the safest thing.

Beta for a scratchy throat try warm haldi milk or honey-ginger water at home. For any tablet or lozenge though, take your doctors okay first.

For my throat I just did warm salt water gargle and honey in warm water, that helped without any medicine. But for anything you swallow, ask your doctor first.
