Paracetamol is often the one doctors allow in pregnancy, but please dont take it on your own, confirm the dose with your gynac. I took it for fever only after calling my doctor. Never just pop it without that okay.
Even common medicines I always cleared with my doctor first during pregnancy. For fever or pain, call your gynac and follow exactly what she says. If you have a high fever, that itself needs checking, dont just self medicate.
