My acidity has been really bad and I used to take eno before pregnancy whenever it happened. Now im 16 weeks and thoda scared to take anything without asking. I'll check with my gynac too but wanted to know what others did.
Haan acidity hoti hai pregnancy mein but eno khud se mat lo na. Doctor se pucho, woh batayenge kya le sakte ho. Mujhe bhi unhone alag wala diya tha jo safe tha.
I wouldnt take eno on my own during pregnancy honestly. It has sodium and stuff, better to ask your gynac before. They usually give a safe antacid instead. Pls check with them first.
I'm always a bit careful with these things. Better to not assume it's fine, just message your gynac, they reply quickly for such small doubts. Mine told me which one I can keep at home.
I avoided eno and asked my doc, she gave me a pregnancy safe antacid instead. For the acidity itself, small meals and not lying down after eating helped more than anything. Dont self medicate na.
Many people take it but I'd really suggest asking your doctor. In pregnancy even simple things like this are best confirmed. Mine had told me a specific antacid that's safe, so I stuck to that.
