heard from my MIL that stimulating that area can cause early labour so now im a bit scared even while applying cream. is there any truth to this or just old talk? second trimester here.
Arre dont stress about this na, normal touch is completely fine. Your body is just more sensitive now. Only thing is dont overdo it in the final weeks, otherwise relax.
Normal touching during washing or intimacy is totally fine for most women. Its only excessive stimulation in the last weeks they caution about. If you have any risk factors, check with your doctor to be sure.
Gentle touch is fine, but my doctor mentioned that a lot of nipple stimulation can sometimes trigger contractions especially late in pregnancy. So nothing to worry in daily life, just dont do heavy stimulation near the end. If unsure ask your gynac.
