I found out very early and now there is a family function in another city. Travel is by train for around 5 hours. I feel okay but scared because it is first month only, what did others do?
I'll just say be gentle with yourself in the early weeks. Short comfortable travel is usually okay but if you have any cramping or spotting please dont travel and call your doctor. I'm a bit extra careful after my loss, so do what feels safe.
Dont stress too much, short travel is mostly fine early on. Just carry water, snacks, avoid super long tiring journeys and dont lift heavy bags. Listen to your body yaar.
First month travel is generally allowed for most. I kept a note of nearby hospitals on my route just in case and packed my prenatal stuff. If you're flying, walk a bit and stay hydrated. But run it by your doctor first if you've had any complications.
Generally fine in the first month if you're feeling ok and no spotting or pain. Just dont do long bumpy road trips back to back, take breaks, stay hydrated. If there's any history of issues, ask your doctor before booking.
I traveled by train at 1 month before i even knew properly and it was fine, but i was so worried after. Did others feel scared too? I think as long as no bleeding and you take it easy its okay na?
