Is it safe to travel during 9th month of pregnancy?
Im in my 9th month and there is a family function in another city. Honestly thoda scared to travel this late but everyone is insisting. By road around 4 hrs. Anyone travelled at this stage?
Looking back at my 9th month, I can't imagine traveling at all—I could barely walk! Labor can start unexpectedly, so it's really not worth the risk of being far from your gynac. Stay put, your baby will be here soon anyway!
Absolutely not safe. Most airlines won't even let you board at this stage, and road travel is too bumpy and risky. Keep your hospital bag ready and stay near your doctor—don't take unnecessary risks.
It is better to avoid traveling right now, dear. God has brought you this far safely, so just rest at home and pray for a smooth delivery. Take care of yourself and let the family pamper you.
I felt so anxious even going to the local supermarket in my 9th month, so traveling long distances was a big no for me. You can go into labor anytime now, and being close to your chosen hospital is so important. Please stay safe at home.
I am planning my first pregnancy and reading this makes me realize how cautious we need to be towards the end. It's probably best to avoid any travel now and just relax at home, right?
Please avoid traveling in your last month. It's much safer to stay close to your doctor and hospital in case the baby decides to arrive early. Wishing you a very safe and healthy delivery.
