Is it safe to travel during early pregnancy by bus?

Im around 7 weeks and have to go to my parents place, its like a 5 hour bus journey. Bit worried about all the bumps and bad roads honestly. Has anyone travelled by bus this early, was it ok?

Haan short bus rides toh chalti hain na, bas zyada bumpy road se bacho. Mai bhi office bus se jaati thi early me. Long journey ho toh thoda break le lena beech me.

Short rides fine, just avoid very bumpy roads.

I travelled by bus to work through early pregnancy and it was fine, just took an aisle seat and avoided jerky bumpy routes. Keep water and a snack with you. For long journeys though I switched to train, more comfortable.

Because I had early spotting my doctor told me to avoid long bumpy bus rides initially. Short city trips were okay. So it really depends on your situation, do ask your gynac about long travel.
