Is it safe to travel in plane during early pregnancy?

Im 8 weeks and have a flight coming up for a family function. i can skip it but everyone is expecting me to come. is flying ok this early or better to avoid? slightly worried about the whole journey.

Doctor se clearance le lo pehle, haan na. Agar koi nausea ya bleeding issue nahi hai, toh fly kar sakte hain, bas jyada thakna mat.
