Is it safe to use a vibrating massager during pregnancy?
My kamar pain is killing me these days and i have one of those small vibrating massagers at home. Not sure if using it on my back is fine while pregnant or i should avoid completely. Has anyone used one?
Honestly, please do not use it. After what I went through, I became so careful, and my doctor strictly said no electrical vibrating devices on the back or belly because strong vibrations can cause issues. Better to stay safe.
When I was staying at my mom's place, my grandmother strictly told me to avoid such gadgets during pregnancy. She used to gently massage my feet with warm olive oil, which was much more relaxing and safe.
OMG, I would totally avoid it if I were you! What if the high vibrations stimulate something in the womb? To be safe, just ask your doctor, please don't take any risks with these machines!
Hey, don't stress too much about small things! Just don't use it on your stomach or lower back. Using it on your shoulders or feet on a low setting is perfectly fine, but check with your gynac once if you are worried.
I've been very active with prenatal yoga and light walks, but my trainer and doctor both said no to vibrating massage guns on the lower back or pelvis. If you really need relief, ask your gynac first what is safe for your body.
